Spiritual Direction or Accompaniment is a journey we go on together with Jesus. For those wanting and knowing they need more support to become more mature in their faith in Jesus.

We learn that, “… you are a beloved child of God” (Spiritual Direction by Henri Nouwen). Using three lenses we can, “Look within to the heart”, “Look to God in the Bible” and “Look to others in Community” (Spiritual Direction by Henri Nouwen).

Each journey is different as each person is unique with their own challenges. We engage with The Holy Spirit during our sessions and he gives us everything we need to go out in His power transformed.

Henri Nouwen implores us to action, “.. I don’t want you to have to wander about the desert for forty years … I don’t even want you to dwell as long as I did .. everyone has to learn for him or herself .. I still believe we can caution those we love from making the same mistakes we did … In the terrain of spiritual life we need guides …” (Spiritual Direction by Henri Nouwen)
