Coaching & Mentoring

The Challenge:

In our view everyone needs a coach and mentor. It’s quite a task to organise each discipline yourself let alone find a suitable person who can do all of them. Often these roles are fulfilled in our informal relationships. Whilst there’s nothing wrong with that, true accountability can only be achieved where we allow an impartial person to support us without prejudice where we seek God’s will and listen together as a team.

Emma says, “In our 1-1 life coaching sessions, Paul has asked me great questions in listening to me when I needed someone safe to share with. I have always felt safe … and that my personal information will not be shared with others”.

Clare Buckby of The Salvation Army says, “Paul was very sensitive and aware that some areas covered would be difficult for the men to look at and was very adaptable to make quick changes if anyone was struggling to talk about them.  He took into account that our clients are dealing with many issues and supported and encouraged them to think about goals to help them move forward little by little.  Paul had a very caring and understanding approach and the sessions were very well received”.
